A young ice hockey player has gone viral for a brutal attack on a rival in Massachusetts, USA.
The horrific incident occurred on the ice midway through the game, when the Bay State Breakers player punched an opponent in the face.
A viral video of the moment shows the attacker chasing a South Shore Kings player from behind before striking.
The force of the blow broke the stick in half after it hit the child's head. Another clip shows that the attack was not entirely unprovoked.
