How Rama is leading the country towards civil strife

Insisting on violence, on arming civilians, on paying police officers as if they were mercenaries, alone does not produce peace. Edi Rama's fear of where he will end up when he is no longer prime minister does not have to become Albania's nightmare.

"Are you ready to die?"/ US police searching for person terrorizing

Philadelphia police announced Tuesday (August 18) that they are searching for a man wearing a doll mask who is terrorizing city residents. Just last week, he allegedly harassed and threatened about six people near City Hall.

On August 12, a security camera filmed the perpetrator chasing a woman as she ran around 5:30 a.m. down the street as he asked her, "Are you ready to die?" The woman was frightened, tripped, and injured. The man then headed for a subway station and disappeared.

Police have released photos and a video of the perpetrator and are asking for the public's help in identifying him.

Philadelphia Police Chief Jason Smith said the shooter was allegedly filming the incidents, holding a cellphone with its flash on. He said the shooter faces charges that include making terroristic threats, assault and other criminal offenses.

The perpetrator uses a mask from the horror film "Chucky." From an analysis of the videos, it appears that his profile matches that of a young black man between 17 and 20 years old. He is approximately 1.73 meters tall and has a rather thin body.

In the video, he appears dressed entirely in black and carrying a blue and black backpack. The possible motive for the strange act is also being investigated, which could also be related to some kind of challenge on social media. At the moment, no leads have been ruled out. ©LAPSI.al

Andi Bushati: Why stones and Molotov cocktails became inevitable

This youth revolt has had a great merit. It made known to the general public the most criminal side of this regime that had until now been preserved in the most secretive recesses. If the extremely peaceful revolution of the flamingos showed us that this government was no longer popular, its radical epilogue, with stones and Molotov cocktails, is serving to bring to light that the autocrat is capable of using any means to stay in power.
