Fier singer Erind Xhaferi has been arrested in flagrante delicto by the Fier Police, following information received in an operational manner, regarding a suspected case of stalking underage girls. Sources from the Fier Police Commissariat have confirmed the singer's detention, while according to preliminary data, the suspicions against Xhaferi are related to stalking several underage girls and committing shameful acts against them.
It is learned that there was a phone call made by the girls to the Police Operations Room, which put the services of the Fier Police Commissariat into motion. After receiving the information, the Police services carried out field verifications and organized operational actions to document the case. Subsequently, the officers made it possible to detain the suspect, who was escorted to the premises of the Fier Local Police Directorate, where further procedural actions were carried out.
According to preliminary information, the singer is suspected of committing a criminal offense under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, “Indecent Acts”. Investigations are ongoing to fully clarify the circumstances of the case. The procedural materials related to this incident have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action.
