Lamine Yamal's father: "They write to me: Go work, shame on you. But I don't need it, I have millions"

Nëse Lamine Yamal është i paparashikueshëm në fushë, e njëjta gjë mund të thuhet edhe për babanë e tij, Mounir Nasraoui, në situata të tjera.

Lamine Yamal's father: "They write to me: Go work, shame on you. But I

If Lamine Yamal is unpredictable on the pitch, the same can be said of his father, Mounir Nasraoui, in other situations. The 40-year-old of Moroccan origin has once again caused discussions for his controversial behavior and provocative statements. The latest "pearl" came during a live broadcast at a dog park in Pedralbes, where he responded to a user who accused him of doing nothing. The man boasted about his wealth, also linked to his son's football successes.

It's hard to find a way to stir up controversy with a simple content, designed to show a common scene of everyday life. However, Mounir Nasraoui succeeded, after pointing out that there was a serious problem with the water supply in the open space. "There is no water! There is no water! What a shame! Little puppy, I'm sorry, beautiful. Those of you who have dogs and want to treat them well... There is no water!"

This was a kind of denunciation from Yamal's father, who then, scrolling through the comments of his followers, read someone's message attacking him for wasting his time: "Look, someone writes to me: 'Go work, shame on you.' But go away, you bastard! I don't need to work, boy. Adopt a dog! Adopt a dog, you bastard! I don't need to work, I have millions, thank God."

Mounir Nasraoui has a considerable ego and has often exploited the fame of his son, who is increasingly becoming an international football phenomenon, to his own advantage. Not content with that, he even brought Santiago Abascal, the Spanish politician and president of the far-right Vox party, into the discussion for failing to guarantee basic services at the dog park. He also expressed himself in harsh words: “Hey, Abascal, you’re worthless! A lot of words, this and that, and then there’s no water, look! Can you believe it? It’s really shameful, people.”

So, Nasraoui lives his new economic status in a very demonstrative way, forgetting the difficult past. There is nothing new, then, under the sun. Mounir Nasraoui is confirmed as a completely uncontrollable character. His life changed radically with the explosion of Lamine Yamali and so, from a painter, who had also done manual labor and various precarious jobs, he began to live off the income generated by his son's success.

His character, however, has never changed. His impetuous temperament continues today, when he has become a public figure like his son, with a large number of followers on social platforms. In the past, he has been the protagonist of several events that have ended up on the front pages of newspapers, such as being stabbed after a fight, as well as the fact that from time to time he has also become a "heavy" figure for Lamine Yamal, whom he follows whenever he can. This was not the case during the last World Cup, when he could not travel to the United States, as he had to take care of his form of epilepsy.

How Rama is leading the country towards civil strife

Insisting on violence, on arming civilians, on paying police officers as if they were mercenaries, alone does not produce peace. Edi Rama's fear of where he will end up when he is no longer prime minister does not have to become Albania's nightmare.

Andi Bushati: Why stones and Molotov cocktails became inevitable

This youth revolt has had a great merit. It made known to the general public the most criminal side of this regime that had until now been preserved in the most secretive recesses. If the extremely peaceful revolution of the flamingos showed us that this government was no longer popular, its radical epilogue, with stones and Molotov cocktails, is serving to bring to light that the autocrat is capable of using any means to stay in power.
