DP leader Sali Berisha held his meeting with American Albanians in New Jersey.   In his speech, Berisha described the US as the "land of the free" and the "home of the brave," emphasizing that his faith in American values ​​​​remained unwavering even during the period when, according to him, he was out of power. 

"I was 8 years without any power. But with unwavering faith in the USA, the values ​​​​on which this great country and nation was built. A land of the free, home of the brave, crystal clear that this injustice was not coming from the USA, but from the anti-freedom agenda. Of what Donald Trump has called the extreme left. I started this battle in the dark, but no night can last forever. When I started this battle, the great American people decided to elect Donald Trump, the effects reached Albania. Those who showed us the grass, ended up unemployed... Those who signed my ban today are non-grata in their own country. Those who prepared the fraud against me in Albania are behind bars today, while I am standing today with two feet on this land that they thought to ban me forever".
