Prime Minister Edi Rama is determined to suppress the protests that have swept the country in recent days by all means.
Although he publicly makes a show of placing chairs in front of the prime minister's office to offer dialogue, on the other hand he increases the measures of repression.
It started with 2,500 euros for every police officer who would engage in protests, causing the violence and severity of crowd dispersal to reach unprecedented levels.
Then, he urgently received water-jetting vehicles from Turkey. Footage of their arrival in Rinas was published on social media by Democratic MP Belind Këlliçi, who said that "it is clear that Edi Rama has moved on to a new criminal plan. He is not taking measures to stop the violence, but to stop the protest."
This Thursday, a video arrived at the lapsi.al editorial office showing the arrival of new prison cars. It will probably be said that they were ordered earlier, but perhaps the government is also preparing for mass escorts of detainees. ©LAPSI.al
