PDK Chairman Bedri Hamza has described Prime Minister Albin Kurti's new offer to resolve the political impasse as not serious, accusing him of using the issue of amendments to the Law on Specialized Chambers to achieve political goals, reports Ekonomia Online.
Hamza said that the issue of the Specialized Chambers is not a topic that belongs only to the PDK, but according to him, it is related to the history, present and future of Kosovo.
"What we are seeing and hearing is not at all serious for the country, for the topics we are discussing. This topic is being tried to turn into last-minute bargaining, I have said it and I repeat it: the issue of the law on specialized chambers is not a topic, it is not an issue that belongs only to the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
We are talking about history, about the present, about the future of our country. We are talking about the just war of the people of Kosovo waged through the Kosovo Liberation Army. We are talking about the victims who belong to Kosovo, who are from Kosovo. The Kosovo Liberation Army has members in all political parties. And the purpose of this topic is: how to use the law simply, directly, for blackmail to achieve a political goal.
What is the political goal? That then a political president and to conclude by saying the 100% capture of state institutions. I have been in meetings constantly. We have talked.
