An expert report on the "Land Rover Defender" car, conducted at the request of SPAK by the Scientific Police, arrived on Ergys Agas's "Signal" application in August 2026.
The black luxury car seized on July 22, 2026 by the BKH in the garage of Ergys Agas's Villa near the "Equos Resort" complex, has been ordered to undergo dactyloscopic expertise to secure fingerprints, hair strands and compare the car with images of the "Land Rover Defender" vehicle that was used in the broad daylight kidnapping of ABS company businessman Gerond Meçe.
While the scientific police have carried out the actions and have come up with a final conclusion after completing the expertise, a copy of the document has been sent as a response to the SPAK Special Prosecution Office.
But a few days later, in August 2026, 3 sheets of this Scientific Police expert report were sent by Fatjon Kalluçi to Ergys Agas's number.
However, Agasi was arrested on August 26, 2026 in the city of Durrës and his phone was seized in his car.
On this phone, through the "Signal" application, SPAK realized that Agasi had been made aware of the conclusion of the expertise requested by the prosecution, precisely by the scientific police employee, Fatjon Kalluçi.
