The Socialists have rejected with 76 votes against the DP's request for a motion with debate for the arrest of the former director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, accused of having helped Ergys Agas with secret information during his escape. In his speech, the DP leader accused that Vlora Hyseni was put in charge of SHISH on the recommendation of former Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

Vlora Hyseni was appointed advisor to the Padrion on the recommendation of Aleksandar Vučić. She was appointed after the president and the government of Kosovo dismissed her as unworthy. Vlora Hyseni was a servant of the enemies of Albania, this was the criterion for her appointment. After the appointment, she flew to Belgrade, Belgrade would be the first capital that this head of SHISH would visit. Since she was appointed to that position, she was controlled by Ergys Agasi", said Berisha.
The leader of the SP group, Taulant Balla, argued that the investigation of this matter is the responsibility of SPAK and not politics. He accused the opposition of having a double standard towards justice and called on them to stop attacking prosecutors, while emphasizing that criminal responsibility is individual and that each official must face justice on their own.
