A road accident was recorded on Tuesday evening, around 23:00, on the Lezhë-Milot highway, at the exit of the city of Lezha. Two vehicles collided with each other, while one of them ended up overturned on the side of the road. Two people were injured in the accident, who were transported to the Lezha hospital. According to initial data, they are out of danger.
It is initially suspected that the cause of the collision was a wrong overtaking, while high speed may have influenced the dynamics of the accident. The Traffic Police have launched investigations to determine the causes and responsibilities of the drivers.
