Sali Berisha comes to the DP headquarters after MPs accused the police of throwing tear gas inside the courtyard.

Sali Berisha held Edi Rama directly responsible for the attack. According to the leader of the DP, Rama is negotiating where he will take asylum. But according to Sali Berisha, Rama's asylum is alone.

"Edi Rama's asylum is just a prison cell," Berisha declared at the beginning of his speech.

The Democratic leader declared that tomorrow is a day of civil disobedience.

"They threw large quantities of gas canisters, without any provocation. The quantities of gas were colossal, they poisoned people. Edi Rama is waiting for a prison cell. I warn Edi Rama that the democrats are on their feet more than ever in Tirana, but also throughout Albania, from Saranda to Tropoja."

The regime will tremble, tomorrow is a day of civil disobedience. There is a scenario to attack the DP headquarters. Even if the police have been attacking minors, we protect minors. We will take them under our protection. People with masks in the DP cell? Today everyone has masks, because of the gas. The police are behaving like mad cows towards the protesters. We will stand until the narco-state falls." - said Berisha, among other things. ©Lapsi.al

How Rama is leading the country towards civil strife

Insisting on violence, on arming civilians, on paying police officers as if they were mercenaries, alone does not produce peace. Edi Rama's fear of where he will end up when he is no longer prime minister does not have to become Albania's nightmare.

Andi Bushati: Why stones and Molotov cocktails became inevitable

This youth revolt has had a great merit. It made known to the general public the most criminal side of this regime that had until now been preserved in the most secretive recesses. If the extremely peaceful revolution of the flamingos showed us that this government was no longer popular, its radical epilogue, with stones and Molotov cocktails, is serving to bring to light that the autocrat is capable of using any means to stay in power.
