An educator has been arrested by the Korça Police Station, suspected of raping a 4-year-old child in the kindergarten where he was staying.
The incident was discovered after a report was made by the minor's mother, who contacted the police after her son had been showing signs of poor health for several days.
According to preliminary information, the child told his mother that he had been hit by the kindergarten teacher. Following the complaint, the services of the Korça Police Commissariat carried out investigative actions, including reviewing video footage.
At the conclusion of the verifications, the educator was arrested for the criminal offense of "Ill-treatment of minors." The procedural materials have been referred to the Korça prosecutor's office for further action.
