A 16-year-old boy lost his life after an elevator incident in a restaurant in Arrameras, Fushë-Krujë, while the 26-year-old waiter and the owner of the restaurant, 62 years old, were arrested. The incident occurred on October 11, 2026. According to the police, 26-year-old Endri Stafuka, who worked as a waiter in the restaurant, is suspected of pushing the 16-year-old, also a waiter, into the elevator. As a result of the elevator disconnection, the minor lost his life. After the incident, the police arrested the young man in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of "Murder by negligence". The owner of the restaurant, citizen Afrim Vathi, 62 years old, was also arrested, suspected of violating the rules of protection at work and concealing income.

Specialists from the Kruja Police Station arrested the following citizens in flagrante delicto:
-ES, 26 years old, for the criminal offense of "Murder by negligence";
-AV, 62 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Violation of safety rules at work" and "Hiding income".
The arrests were made after it is suspected that on 11.10.2026, in the village of Arrameras, Fushë Krujë, in the restaurant owned by citizen AV, citizen ES, a waiter at the bar, pushed a 16-year-old (employed as a waiter at the bar) into the elevator, and as a result of the elevator disconnecting, the 16-year-old lost his life.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
