Arben Ahmetaj has made another strong denunciation tonight. During the interview on Syri Tv, Ahmetaj said that Belinda Balluku and the head of the State Police, Skënder Hita, use a secret application to communicate with each other. Ahmetaj said that this application is called "Threema" and provides encrypted conversations.
So, it is a kind of paid application more or less like Sky Ecc, which was used by gangs and high-ranking officials connected to organized crime. Ahmetaj did not provide further details about the application and the nature of Skënder Hitë's communications with Belinda Balluku. Threema is an application for secret communications without the need for a mobile number or an email address.
