New details are learned from the surrender to Albanian authorities on the border with Kosovo of the head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni. According to sources, she was in Baku, Azerbaijan, where there was a meeting of the heads of SHISH of several countries.
"We found an opening notice, invitation to bid, that Vlora Hyseni has traveled to Azerbaijan. She was supposed to be in Tirana at 00:30 midnight today. Departure on September 22 from Baku, 2 tickets.
There was a meeting in Baku of the heads of the SHISH of several countries, where Hyseni was supposed to participate. What is officially known is that SPAK and the Police confirm that he left Albania a few days ago and was not in Albania.
State Police officers knocked on her house, near the Arena, just for procedure. They knocked on the door of the apartment, procedurally, and there was no one else there.
"The security measure was considered executed at the border point, where Vlora Hyseni presented herself at the Morina border point. After returning, she will go to the Tirana Police Directorate and then the apartment will be searched," said TCH journalist Anila Hoxha.
Hyseni arrived at the Albanian border around 19:00, after being picked up by Albanian authorities at the Morina border crossing. According to verifications carried out by the police, Hyseni was in Pristina during the day.
The same sources said that during all this time she did not notify the authorities about this. The moment she learned that the Albanian side had requested the assistance of the Kosovar side to investigate whether Vlora Hyseni was in Kosovo or not, she contacted the Kosovar side and asked them to accompany her.
After arriving in Albania, the procedures continued according to the decision of the competent authorities. Hyseni was taken to her apartment, where she was informed of the relevant measure. A court hearing is expected to take place within 48 hours, during which the security measure will be assessed.
In this session, the measure requested by the authorities is expected to be officially communicated to her, while SPAK will also present evidence. Hyseni will also present her defense and claims. ©LAPSI.al
