But, this requires that:
1. MPs should not behave as a political parliamentary group at the behest of their parties. This is not what the constitution requires and obliges, but as persons vested with power who have personal responsibility for what they do and say.
2. It is imperative that all MPs, without exception, individually express themselves by voice or vote on all the solutions that the constitution puts on the table and awaits them!
3. The entire session should be broadcast minute by minute on all television channels.
4. The party division of the deputies and by the deputies should not be seen, but they should enter into cross-party negotiations to seek the creation of majorities, even temporary ones, to provide a solution to the crisis with a concrete and clear political proposal, to convince the citizen that the nation has the power to move forward on a good and peaceful path.
The logic of party parliamentary discipline is unconstitutional and does not save any MP from personal responsibility! Not even statements save them, but behavior, efforts, votes in the Assembly, are what measure and make the difference!
5. No one washes their mouths with solutions that are not foreseen in the Constitution or with a word of mouth as a magic formula, no matter how radical it may seem, anyone who behaves in this way blocks the solution. The country needs constitutional political solutions to ensure the normal functioning of the state, of democracy, of the realization of the will of the citizens, of the solution to the crisis that the current government does not seem to be able to manage and does not seem to have any awareness of the deep hole we have dangerously sunk into, nor can it be resolved by force.
Deputies, your task on Thursday is not to not gather, nor to pretend to argue, nor to implement party discipline like robots, using it as a sheet to cover your face flushed with blame and shame, but to provide solutions!
The citizens have lost faith in you! It is up to you not to miss the last chance that history gives you, not only for you personally, but for the Albania to which we all owe it!
