I akuzuar për shkelje të barazisë në tendera, ish-kreu i

Ish-kreu i Autoritetit Rrugor Shqiptar (ARRSH), Gentian Gjyli, është paraqitur sërish sot në Prokurorinë e Posaçme (SPAK).

Mësohet se ai ka qëndruar për 30 minuta në SPAK, ndërsa ka qenë i shoqëruar me avokatinë tij.

Ndërkohë Gjyli, është paraqitur në SPAK edhe javë me parë, në lidhje me vijimin e hetimeve që po zhvillohen ndaj tij.

Ish-drejtori i ARRSH-së është marrë i pandehur nga SPAK, ndërsa ndaj tij rëndojnë akuzat për “shkelje të barazisë së pjesëmarrësve në tendera”, e kryer dy herë në bashkëpunim.

Hetimet lidhen me periudhën kur Gjyli drejtonte Autoritetin Rrugor Shqiptar. Paraqitja e sotme vjen si pjesë e veprimeve procedurale të organit të akuzës për të vijuar hetimin dhe për të administruar provat e nevojshme.
