58 of those arrested during the student protests are expected to appear before the Tirana Court today, to be informed of the security measure. Yesterday, the Tirana Criminal Court released 28 protesters arrested during the protests in the capital from their cells, setting a "compulsory appearance" security measure for all of them.
For three of them, the court considered the arrest illegal, while for Rigers Hoxha it also decided to ban them from participating in rallies. The security measures were reviewed by judges Marcela Shehu and Yrfet Shkreli. The Tirana court has imposed light security measures for most of the protesters, mainly 'compulsion to appear'.
