The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has shared a video on social networks, which, according to him, shows Ron Yeffet leaving the Prime Minister's Office.
"Edi Rama has built a governance model where the public interest has been replaced by the interests of a narrow circle of people and businesses. Precisely for this reason, every relationship between high-ranking officials and persons who benefit or intend to benefit from public assets and funds must be transparent and verifiable. This is also the reason why the footage published below, where Ron Yeffet is shown leaving the Prime Minister's Office after a meeting with Edi Rama, as if he were a high-ranking state figure, requires clear explanations. Such a close relationship cannot be treated as a private matter when important public and national security interests are at stake," writes Bardhi, while the Special Prosecution Office today conducted searches in Yeffet's apartment, searches that come after the publication of wiretaps by former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.
