The situation remains tense in the Prime Minister's Office area and along the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, where police have increased their presence and have also positioned RENEA forces.
After the use of tear gas and pressurized water, some of the protesters moved towards Rinia Park to escape police intervention.
Autobots have been positioned on both sides of the bridge, while officers are also inside the park. Smoke bombs have been thrown in the area, while the police have given orders to use rubber bullets to disperse the crowd. The intervention has continued with pepper spray and pressurized water, while officers have begun escorting several people present at the protest.
Tensions have also shifted towards “Myslym Shyri” street. At its entrance, protesters have moved garbage bins and set them on fire, creating a barricade in front of police forces. Clashes continue in several points in the center of Tirana, as protesters move between the boulevard, Rinia Park and surrounding streets.
