Bournemouth took the lead in the 38th minute through Rayan. The Brazilian striker headed the ball into the net with his left foot, following a cross from Kluivert from a free kick. Five minutes later, Tavernier added a second goal from close range.
United failed to react and in the 71st minute the third goal came. Evanilson took advantage of Cook's assist to seal the victory for Bournemouth. The "Red Devils" fall to 16th place in the standings, just one point away from the relegation zone. On the other hand, Bournemouth climb to nine points and have shown significant improvement in recent weeks.
LIVERPOOL-BRIGHTON 2-0
After a difficult start, Andoni Iraola's Liverpool continue to improve. At "Anfield", the home team defeated Brighton 2-0, closing in on the top four. Faced with one of the surprises of this early season, Liverpool needed two first-half goals to take all three points.
