Protesters have announced that tomorrow, at 09:00, they will hold the next protest in front of the Parliament, following the rallies against the government of Edi Rama. After several hours of standing in front of the Prime Minister's Office, citizens have moved this Wednesday towards "Skënderbej" Square, while the protest continues within the framework of the movement against the government.
Today's protest was held without serious incidents, although there were some moments of tension and minor clashes. In addition to students, teachers also joined the rally, expressing support for the demands of the youth.
Even today, the Prime Minister's call for dialogue has not been accepted by the students. The teachers have stated that they cannot hold talks with the head of government if the students are not willing to sit down for dialogue.
Meanwhile, the protest is expected to expand further. For Friday, doctors have announced that they will join the student rally, thus increasing participation in the protests taking place in Tirana.
