Businessman Behgjet Pacolli, who was summoned as a person in the know regarding what happened at Vlora airport, a matter that is currently being investigated by the special prosecution, while arbitration procedures have been initiated, has left SPAK after 7 hours. Upon leaving SPAK, Pacolli spoke briefly to journalists, mentioning the injustices he has been subjected to in relation to the airport.
"I have filed a criminal complaint for the injustices that have now been committed regarding the Vlora airport," said the MABCO businessman.
MABCO's lawyer, Eduart Halimi, said that Pacolli was summoned to SPAK as a person in knowledge, while the case is currently in arbitration.
"Mr. Pacolli was summoned today by the prosecution as a person who has knowledge of what has happened and is happening at the airport due to the investigations that are being conducted and the matter is in arbitration," said Halimi.
Pacolli's Mabco company recently filed a complaint with SPAK regarding the registration of 47% of the shares by officials of the National Business Center for Valon Ademi's 2A company. Previously, Mabco has addressed SPAK several times with complaints and public calls to deepen investigations into the involvement of senior officials in the hijacking of the concession.
